Returns & Exchanges 

Due to my products being handmade, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damaged or Lost packages

I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages due to carrier mishandling. Once the package is shipped, it's out of my control what happens to the package. I advice to check tracking numbers frequently, which will be attached to your Paypal order once shipped. If your tracking number does not update within 72 hours of it being shipped, complete a help request form on the USPS website. After 7 days of completing the form, if the tracking is still not updated you can submit a missing mail search request on the USPS website. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Shipping Info

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WHEN PURCHASING.

I'm not responsible for packages shipped back to me due to an insufficient address. If a package is shipped back to me, you will be required to repay the shipping fee to have your package shipped to the correct address.

If you notice that your address is incorrect after ordering, you have 24 hours to contact me before I print  the label to be shipped.

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be shipped. After orders are shipped, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for your package to arrive. For international orders, please allow an additional 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
